2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you visit it, technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) is processed in log files to deliver and secure the site. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log files are deleted after a short period. [add retention period of the hosting provider]

3. Contact and contact form

If you write to me or use the contact form, I process your details (name, email, message) to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a treatment contract) or (f) GDPR. The form is converted into an email to me by the service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co, USA). Your message may therefore be transferred to the USA. Please do not send sensitive health data through the form; we will discuss it in a personal conversation. I store your request only as long as needed to handle it or as required by statutory retention duties.

4. Fonts

The fonts used on this site are hosted locally on the same server as the website. No connection to Google or other third-party servers is made when you visit the site, and no data is transmitted to them for this purpose.

5. Confidentiality

Within a treatment, your data is subject to professional confidentiality (Sec. 203 German Criminal Code). I process health data only with your explicit consent or on a statutory basis (Art. 9 GDPR).

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example at your place of residence or at my seat. The authority responsible for my seat is the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Hamburgische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit), Ludwig-Erhard-Str. 22, 20459 Hamburg.
